The grammar quiz is written on the theme of Personal experiences so it might be a good idea to revise the vocabulary around the topic before handing out the worksheets. The relevance to the present aspect should always be kept in mind as the questions are based on this grammar point.

The missing words are given in a box, which makes the exercise a bit more difficult. The students should get the meaning in the sentence right to fill in the blanks. There are some blanks which may have different suitable answers, but the whole set of blanks has only one answer when they are considered altogether.
