Here's worksheet about the typical mistakes that EFL students typically make on present perfect tense. It's written from my common mistakes corpus that has been gathered in years of my teaching.
I strongly suggest you use the A and B versions of this resource especially if you have a large class which will increase the classroom interaction dramatically. The discussion part after checking each other's worksheet is great for consolidating present perfect tense.
Students aren't aware of their mistakes and make them naturally.
The set of mistakes are usually about forms of verbs or sentence making. When I use this worksheet in my lessons, my students usually ask me whether they are all correct or not. Quite often they tell me that some sentences look pretty reasonable to them. Students aren't aware of their mistakes most of the time. It'll be an excellent opportunity to show their typical errors.
